Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Data Services Manager, this position is responsible for the coordination of data systems in use by the school district. This position is responsible for training and supporting the Skyward Business Suite of applications used by the district’s Business Services, Human Resources and Payroll teams. The Data Services Coordinator will function as the liaison between system users and District Data Services by coordinating system-related activities and services. Aside from providing technical support and training to staff, the Data Services Coordinator has the primary responsibility of resolving all information system related issues preventing mission critical processes from completing. Additionally, this position is responsible for analyzing current business processes and finding opportunities to increase the overall efficiency and accuracy of business systems.
