LakeRidge Association /Tax District Hiring for Front Gate Concierge at Torrington, CT Full Time

Lakeridge Association, a gated Community in Torrington, is seeking a Front Gate Concierge.

This is a part time position with mostly evening hours on weekdays and weekends. Seasonal shifts 4pm-8pm or 4pm to 10pm.

The Concierge shall be responsible for providing our residents and visitors with personalized customer service and receives administrative direction from the Office Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a logbook and give out visitor passes for visitors and contractors
• Assist contractors and visitors in using phone entry system
• Give directions
• Assist Management Office as directed
• Pay attention to anything that may be unusual or suspicious and report if necessary
• Abide by the Company’s policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

• Must be extremely reliable
• Possess the ability to work well independently
• Conducts ones’ self professionally at all times
• Maintain a clean working environment
• Contribute to the overall success of the Community

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
