Bindery Operator 3

We are looking for a Bindery Operator 3 (Saddle) to join our team at Lakeside Book Company. As the largest bookmaker in the United States, you will help craft books that end up in the hands of readers across the country. No experience necessary! We will provide you with all the training you need to be successful.

Machine Operator Starting Rate: $23.49 an hour with shift differential for night shift.

Work Hours: This position is X Crew (7p – 7a) 12-hour, 4-crew shift: work half your days (36 hours in week 1 and 48 in week 2)

Location: 1005 Commercial Drive, Owensville, MO

As a Machine Operator you will:

• Above all, create a safe environment for all to work in and ensure all team members know how to work safely.
• Set up, adjust and operate equipment
• Oversee crew of 2 or more
• Work in a team environment and cross-train with others
• Receive manufacturing training to help advance your career

Requirements of the Bindery Operator 3 – Saddle

• Ability to lift and carry 20 to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for the entire duration of your shift
