Newspaper Runner

We are eagerly looking for energetic Newspaper Runners to meet the daily targets of the business in Auckland. This is a full-time role for minimum 30 hours to 45 hours of work per week.

Timings: Monday to Friday from 12.30am to 6 am whereas Saturday and Sunday shift timings are from 2.20am to 7am.

As a newspaper runner, you will be required to perform following duties:

• Arrive at work well before time
• Complete delivery rounds without delays or interruption and within times specified by Employer.
• You will need to able to read run sheets to ensure that papers are delivered correctly.
• Before departing the drop off point, reconcile supplies delivered with the associated documentation.
• Immediately report any shortage, over supply of copies or delays to the nominated representative as soon as possible.
• Compliance with health and safety regulations of the business.
• Ability to priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Job requirements:

• Previous work experience working within relevant environment is preferable.
• You must be motivated, reliable and physically fit.
• Ability to lift heavy items.
