A corporate attorney and a staffing firm CEO seek qualified assistant to help manage their second home. Couple splits their time between Palm Beach and NYC.
Requirements include: Minimum 5 years relevant experience as an EA, PA or similar. BA/BS from US college or equivalent. Familiarity with HNW individuals. A can-do, proactive approach. Zero attitude. The ability to execute with minimal supervision, coupled with knowing when to ask questions. Ethics period and with respect to recording hours.
Assistant should be someone who is attentive, calm, practical and smart. Must be able to accomplish a wide variety of practical and administrative tasks in a timely manner and willing to defer to the preferences of the principal.
Responsibilities include: Household management (for a 2 bedroom condo); liaising with wife’s office and personal assistant; light calendar; airport pickups and drop-offs; processing online returns and mailing them; sourcing local vendors and professionals; supervising handymen and contractors; interacting with condominium staff; gifting; really, just whatever comes up.
