AS Lamudi’s new Marketing campaigns associate you’ll Improve the distribution and optimization of OTC campaigns to enhance the results of the campaigns and increase the sales of the different commercial teams of the company. Having an impact on the effectiveness and speed of the customer success team through follow-up calls with the customer success team to measure the satisfaction of the campaigns results, paying attention to the numbers and quality of leads, making sure that all accounts are active. Resulting in higher customer retention.

Also manage the creation of monthly campaigns, extemporaneous, forms, audiences, results and optimization. Finding key points for improvement in images, text description and content creation. Audience review and calibration. Using different tools such as canva, facebook ad manager, etc …

Reporting to the SEM Manager the results of the campaigns, risks of account loss, optimizations carried out.

Responsibilities:

• Form creation and markup

• Creation of OTC campaigns

• OTC campaign optimization

• Presentations with witnesses of the announcements, report of results and implemented actions

• Audience creation

• Response to emails and messages from the commercial team (doubts, complaints, request for witnesses, customer feedback, etc.)

• Account tracking with Customer Success

Minimum Requirements

• English written proficiency

• Experience creating audiences and form libraries on Facebook ads

• Excel / Google sheets for pivot tables creation and basic functions use

• 6 months of experience in Facebook ads

• Design Apps management (Canva, Offeo, Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop)

• Marketing, communication, administration or related degree (completed, truncated or in progress)
