Lamudi Hiring for Performance Marketing Manager Job at Ciudad de México Full Time

Objetivos

• Supervise and ensure marketing directives deliver against monthly / annual targets in terms of qualified leads, reservations, etc., across multiple paid media channels such as Facebook, Google, Twitter and Linkedin.
• Analyse the patterns in the funnel and the consumer journey to understand the efficiency of media investment and advise on strategy.
• Consistent testing to optimize return on investment, targeting, bid strategies and design.
• Advise on marketing tactics (promo, creative message) to be used in ads.
• Establish standard methodologies and frameworks for successful automation & escalation.
• Clearly communicate performance, strategy, and vision to key partners.
• Provide critical reporting to diverse stakeholders handling senior communications.
• Build business partner trust between the performance marketing team and the sales team.
• Help plan and prioritise key performance marketing tactics to improve growth, revenue and efficiency targets.
• Work with the sales teams to understand the challenges faced and help develop scalable projects to address them.

As Performance Marketing Manager you will be in charge of developing and implementing the performance marketing strategy to ensure its effectiveness and maximize return on investment. In particular, you will manage Facebook and all other social media campaigns and day-to-day related activities. Responsible for the business’s day-to-day tactical operations and also support of sales and marketing analytics in order to drive performance improvements. Your mission is to ensure Lamudi to be the most efficient platform to get the most qualified leads for clients based on best performance marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Management of the online performance marketing campaigns for Lamudi’s clients both agents and developers and also for Lamudi transactional internal team.

• Taking care of the general setup of the online marketing campaigns both classifieds and transactions

• Taking care of the optimization of the marketing campaigns across all channels (Facebook, IG, LinkedIn, Twitter, SEM, GDN, aggregators, recommendation systems etc.)

• Partial responsibility on budgets and spent under supervision of the Performance Marketing Director and the country CEO

• Campaign performance reporting responsibility

• Training on SEM campaigns, Lifull and everything related to Performance Marketing as well as Coaching the team for getting higher results in lead generation
