Lancaster University Students’ Union provides excellent services and opportunities to support and inspire our diverse population of over 15,000 students to make the most of their experiences at University. With students at the very heart of all we do, we are looking for a highly effective individual to join our staff team.
The students’ union is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual to develop the Students’ Union’s systems of research, data analysis and reporting.
You will be expected to lead work and analysis of the Union’s performance in relevant student surveys (including the National Student Survey) developing cross-organisation action plans to increase our performance.
You will be developing our democratic channels monitoring participation in democracy and representation activity with incremental growth in both quality and quantity of engagement. We are looking for a candidate who will develop our insight work producing high quality, influential and impactful research that helps students have the best experience at University and builds the Union’s credibility as the trusted voice of students through evidence-based insight.
You will be expected to produce high quality written publications, reports and papers for various internal and external boards and committees.
This is an incredibly exciting post and an opportunity for an ambitious and creative individual to help shape and enhance one of our most important areas of work. This is a full time, indefinite post.
