Position: Land Acquisition Specialist / Manager

Responsibilities:

For Land Acquisition Manager:

-Lead and manage land acquisition projects.

-Develop and implement land acquisition strategies in alignment with company goals.

-Conduct negotiations with landowners, legal representatives, and other stakeholders.

-Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

-Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

-Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management.

For Land Acquisition Specialist:

-Assist in the execution of land acquisition strategies.

-Conduct initial site assessments and gather relevant data.

-Support senior specialists in negotiations and stakeholder communications.

-Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.

-Learn and stay updated on relevant regulations and industry trends.

-Contribute to team meetings and project discussions.

Qualifications:

For Land Acquisition Manager:

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in land acquisition or a related field.

-Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills.

-Proven track record of successfully managing land acquisition projects.

-In-depth knowledge of land acquisition regulations and legal requirements.

-Leadership experience and ability to mentor junior team members.

For Land Acquisition Specialist:

-0-2 years of experience in land acquisition or a related field.

-Excellent communication and organizational skills.

-Strong interest in real estate and land acquisition.

-Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
