ADMIN EXECUTIVE, COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP

What you will be working on

Your key roles are maintaining service standards in managing public feedback, alerting management when the risks of not attaining the standards have increased. You also safeguard the compliance of finance procedures such as procurement. You are to guide and remind staff in the corporate procedures. In addition, you will assist management in annual budget planning and expenditure tracking, which is crucial in the smooth operations of the department. You will also provide secretarial and administrative supports to management staff and fellow colleagues which include handling confidential matters relating to staffing and other areas. Your duties will include office administration matters, such as keeping records of project matters, collation of reports, managing office assets etc.

Requirements:
• GCE ‘A’ level including English and Mathematics.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Pleasant personality and able to work well with internal and external stakeholders.
• Team player
• Keen interest to learn new skills set.
