Land Transport Authority Hiring For SENIOR MANAGER / MANAGER, MANPOWER DEVELOPMENT at Singapore Full Time

What you will be working on

You will be leading the team to drive sectoral manpower planning efforts to build up pipeline and capabilities of the land/public transport workforce. You will need to develop data models for sensitivity analysis and formulate and execute manpower strategies to meet the industry’s long-term manpower requirements. You are expected to build and develop collaborations with industry partners and relevant Government agencies to deliver on manpower initiatives identified as well as project manage the Rail Manpower Development Package (RMDP) Program, and administer the Rail Manpower Development Incentive and Training Hardware Incentive schemes

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification preferably in Economics/Political Science/Business Studies, or equivalent
• At least 8 years of work experience with at least 5 years in manpower or policy development
• Strong situational awareness and deep analytic skills
• Experience in sensitivity analysis is a preference
• Excellent inter-personal and relationship building skills
• Self-starter with strong stakeholder engagement, presentation, written, and communication skills
