Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise of business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes, and procedures in a cost-effective manner.Essential Job Duties:* Configures education related system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements.* Designs details of automated systems.* Provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.* Work with cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.* Client-focused, working with emails and in meetings.Qualifications:* Experience with Learning Management systems, CRMs, and an understanding of integrations is helpful.* Advanced verbal and written communication skills, including collaboration across departments* Advanced organizational skills, with an ability to manage various tasks concurrently* Strong attention to detail, with an ability to collaborate with others in a team environmentAt Ivanti, we are One.
