Landing Looking for Account Coordinator at Ciudad de México, México Full Time

We are looking for an Account Coordinator to join our Direct Marketplace team and coordinate day to day operations of the Direct business at Landing. As an account coordinator, you’ll work closely with internal teams and our external Marketplace Partners to ensure our members and partners have an outstanding experience with Landing. Day-to-day tasks include confirming bookings and ensuring all necessary information is confirmed ahead of move-in, working with partners to ensure maintenance issues are resolved quickly, and answering questions from partners about Landing’s business and policies. Attention to detail and building strong relationships with partners will be the keys to success in this role.

You will be joining a lean team of fast-moving operators who are building the future of Landing’s business model. The team is singularly focused on building a world-class experience for both property partners and members through great technology and consistent customer service.

What you’ll do:

• Establish long-term relationships with property partners of your region beginning immediately after approval
• Work with our partners to confirm bookings and ensure all access, home, and property information is correct and up to date ahead of move ins
• Communicate the ins and outs of Landing’s business and policies with partners by answering questions and proactively providing resources
• Handle escalated situations with partners and work to find resolutions that are in the best interest of Landing, the partner, and our members
• Promote an outstanding member experience in all Direct homes by working with partners to ensure maintenance requests and other issues are quickly resolved
• Own communication and build cooperative relationships with other teams via Slack to ensure an outstanding partner and member experience
• Track individual performance against key team KPIs
• Cross-sell other Landing products to existing Direct partners

• 6+ months at Landing (if internal)
