What we are looking for:

We have an immediate requirement for an experienced Storesperson/Process Operator, to carry out warehouse related processes including the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehouse materials, goods and products to feed business operations and customer demand. The role also includes assisting with production activities relating to RMA gas meters including painting, PUG testing and water leak testing.

This role reports to the Manufacturing Engineering Program Manager and is based in our Auckland facility, New Zealand.

Skills and Competencies:

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has sound experience in a range of skills and capabilities including:

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment including goods receipting, storage and dispatching goods to and from the warehouse
• Relevant experience using electronic ERP systems
• Experience in mechanical tasks such as spray painting, disassemble/reassemble simple mechanical devices and operating test equipment
• Good communication skills (written and oral)
• Good attention to detail
• Intermediate computer skills with solid experience in using Microsoft Office; and
• Current forklift license
