The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the staff, including billing, data management, subcontracts, and internal and external reporting while also providing clerical support to other program staff and leadership as needed. What you’ll do: Track and report on client data, including intakes, transfers, closings, and outcome data. Assist in creating intake folders for our youth services programs as well as maintain program files and data. Maintain office equipment including ordering of office supplies and brochures. Assist with monthly program billing completion and submission. Assist with tracking of program spending and specific assistance budget monitoring. Make calls for the purpose of relaying or obtaining information and take messages for staff as needed.

Note: This is a remote position in FL

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $19.59 per hour
