We are looking for a full time (40hrs/ week) Learning and Development Manager to join our Human Resources team.
In this role you will be responsible for the learning and development within the hotel, including working with outside suppliers for specialist training. We run a variety of programs, many on a regular basis. You will work with the Human Resources team and hotel Heads of Department to put together a learning calendar full of stellar programs.
You will be setting the standards and expectations from the outset, so you need to lead by example. Therefore, you will need to have immaculate grooming with exceptional English communication skills and the ability to make colleagues from all walks of life feel at home.
