Job Title: Office Assistant

Objective:
The successful candidate will be responsible for: managing calendars, answering phones, screening visitors, making travel arrangements, preparing reports, filing and organizing documents, recording meeting minutes, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks. This ideal candidate will be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the needs of the main office and our executive team.

Required Education and Experience:
Work Environment: This job operates in an office environment. There will be occasional travel to other locations throughout New York City as needed to assist our Executives and the Main Office.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, climb stairs and/ or kneel. Occasionally the employee will have to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
