Job Overview

This individual will be an astute, analytical, and highly motivated self-starter. The ideal candidate will possess great attention to detail and strive for excellence in every interaction. A confident communicator with a dynamic personality and a drive to reach decision makers is essential. You will work closely on financial, operational, and strategic initiatives to provide valuable and actionable insights to support revenue growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

Business Development:

• Develop a deep understanding of how our data is structured and transform client data into insights running quantitative analysis that empower our growth teams to make effective decisions.
• Assist in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
• Monitor business performance and present insights and trends.
• Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.
• Maintain and manage repository of reports and dashboards.
• Identify trends in client performance to optimize performance and ROI.
• Take responsibility for analytical projects from intake and ideation to completion in collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, and other teams.

Finance and Executive Support:

• Assist in generating monthly executive performance reviews.
• Generate and maintain company financial projections.
• Develop strong understanding of corporate finance concepts and apply them to financial analysis related to company value and potential initiatives.
• Identify process enhancements.
• Perform projects as needed by C-Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a preference for majors in Finance, Economics, and STEM fields (preferred but not required).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong understanding of key revenue drivers.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed expectations.
• Relentless drive, energy, and work ethic.

• Excellent interpersonal, relationship development and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (Ability to use functions such as XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, IF and other logic statements).
• High Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
