The Position:

As an experienced Clinic Manager, you will provide inspirational leadership to a team of therapists, working towards meeting and exceeding targets whilst ensuring superior customer service standards. You are as passionate about beauty as we are and will provide hands-on treatments as well as management responsibilities.

Further to this, you will be responsible for driving clinic sales, building customer satisfaction and retention, and managing a high-performance team to success!

Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated experience as a successful Clinic Manager with ideally minimum Level 4 in Beauty Qualifications
• Dynamic management, leadership, and coaching skills to lead a small team to success
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive a positive culture
• Advanced Laser and skin treatments experience is desirable
• Operational requirements such as rostering and day-to-day management of the clinic
