Scheduling Coordinator Job Description:

At LaserAway, the Scheduling Coordinator role is vital in monitoring employee coverage in our clinics. They are responsible for handling all 80+ locations with daily, and monthly staffing needs with the medical and sales departments following state, company, and individual location guidelines to ensure that patient care and store staffing are appropriately addressed.

Scheduling Coordinator Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinates, reports, and posts on-call schedules of clinicians and sales team members

• Handle emergent scheduling concerns for Sales/Medical team, filling daily call outs, as well as extended leaves such as COVID, LOA, and resignations.

• Manage, monitor employee hotline to provide real time updates/coverage to Sales/Medical team when changes occur.

• Notifies appropriate personnel of call-ins and securing coverage

• Maintains accurate attendance records and notifies management of attendance-related issues

• Accurately enters and maintains data relative to assigning on-calls shifts using company software programs (SnapSchedule, Slack, 8×8)

• Performs other duties as assigned

Scheduling Coordinator Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

• Computer proficient and the ability to adapt to new innovations and processes

• Strong written, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask

• Functions effectively as part of a team

Scheduling Coordinator Compensation:
