Administrative Assistant

Ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and well-organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain employee paperwork
Prepare daily, weekly and month reports
Light telephone duties
General administrative-office duties

Requirements:

• High energy level and enthusiasm.
• Comfortable performing multi-faceted projects in conjunction with normal activities.
• Strong level of discretion, professionalism, personal ownership, and attention to detail.

-Strong communication skills – both oral and written; ability to communicate effectively with all levels, internally and externally.

• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Willing to work intensely until projects and duties are complete.
• Sense of urgency & ability to meet deadlines; self-directed.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
