Latham Pool Products, Inc Hiring for Order Entry Job at Williams, CA Full Time

Primary Role: The order entry assistant position requires working closely with dealers (builders), order entry, shipping department with product transport to provide first class service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recording orders from dealers and entering the data in to our database Thor in an accurate manner.
• Verifying orders when faxed or e-mailed from dealers and gathering additional information from dealers as needed.
• Communicate with Shipping Manager, Plant Manager and Production Manager to help facilitate schedules.
• Review and correct invoices created from orders received.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma is required.
• 2 years related experience preferred.
• Customer Service Background is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
