You will receive calls and chats from our credit card customers and merchants regarding new and existing accounts to process transactions and assist with their queries.

You will also make lending decisions to approve new card applicants as well as assess existing customers for limit increase requests.

The friendly team have a wealth of knowledge and will help you along the way with all the training and knowhow you need – we are an open and quirky bunch, and rest assured that good banter is a given!

A typical day involves the following:

• Assessing new applicants and existing credit card customers with applications and limit increase requests; you will be trained on how to underwrite up to a delegated authority
• Obtain and verify documentation such as proof of income
• Take inbound calls from customers and retailers, while also following up where needed to get the job done; ownership is key!
• Be upskilled in a multichannel environment eventually – mixing up voice calls with emails and instant messaging chat

Any work experience within Customer Service or Finance is advantageous but our key focus is finding the finest individual to contribute to our diverse culture. We are looking for an energetic, driven team player with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

These are full-time opportunities and on offer is a fixed shift into one of the below slots:

• Sunday to Thursday (Fri / Sat off)
• Tuesday to Saturday (Sun / Mon off)
