Chiropractic Assistant / Front Office

We have an immediate opportunity available for a full-time team member to join our team.

The Chiropractic Assistant/Front Office will:

· Answer phones and direct phone traffic

· Schedule/confirm/re-schedule appointments

· Collect monies due at time of service

· Engage in customer service related to scheduling matters

· Operate fax/copier/scanner

· Assist with other clinic operations as needed.

· The workstation is a standing workstation with a barstool height chair, thus requires the ability to mostly stand for the duration of the work shift.

The Ideal Candidate has:

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· 2 years chiropractic assistant / medical office experience preferred but not required

· Strong computer skills (Proficiency in MS Office and Eclipse EHR)

· Demonstrated communication skills, excellent organization, and attention to detail.

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professional working relationships with patients and team members.

We offer a competitive salary, professional team-oriented environment, paid time off, and a weekend-free work schedule. The selected candidate will complete a 90day training period at the advertised pay rate. Once the training period is completed the candidate will become eligible for a pay adjustment and benefits package including health, dental, and 401k.

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
