Job Description
Administrative assistant perform clerical duties and provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation. They manage and distribute information within an office, handle administrative requests, queries, answering phones, taking memos and maintaining files, organise and scheduling appointments. They also provide support to managers and other employees by handling variety of tasks.
Their major job duties include:
