OFFICE SERVICES CONCIERGE SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
The Concierge is the first face and voice our visitors encounter. The Concierge is a high-functioning specialist responsible for greeting and assisting guests, receiving and routing incoming telephone calls and faxes, scheduling and servicing our Conference Rooms, and processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages, and keeping the lovely Lobby and Conference Corridor, including a small lounge/kitchen area, orderly.
The Concierge is located at our West Palm Beach office. The position also provides remote organizational support to our Port St. Lucie office.

Requirements:
OFFICE SERVICES CONCIERGE REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Basic knowledge of standard office practices, procedures, equipment; business math; and administrative support techniques
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Word
Knowledge of Robin conference room management application is a plus
Skills in resolving complex problems and independent decision-making.
Ability to multi-task while working with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
