Lawn Doctor is looking for a dependable and reliable individual to provide exceptional customer service to our lawn care customers. The Office Assistant answers phones and emails from customers and potential customers, addresses customer issues and assists in scheduling services, and works closely with our Lawn Care Technicians and Sales Specialists. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter who is goal-oriented and hard-working individual. This is a full time, work at home position. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, is friendly, and has excellent communication and strong computer skills including Excel, Google sheets and Outlook. Training will be provided on our software. Actual work experience in customer service is desirable. Sales experience would be an excellent addition, but not required. This position is full time.

The following is a representative list of duties and responsibilities associated with this position:

• Takes inbound call from customers and potential customers
• Makes outbound calls to follow up and ensure customer satisfaction
• Responding to customer communications (email/text) in a timely fashion
• Resolving customer issues
• Maintains customer data records
• Manage daily activities of Office
• Supports the Operations Team in daily tasks.
