The role

You will be responsible for overseeing the collation of customer product order information, which serves as the foundation for the smooth production, ordering, and shipping of various packaging components.

With both offshore and local clients, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the dispatch of finished goods and facilitating the delivery of containers to designated ports. Additionally, you will diligently compile all necessary documentation, ensuring the utmost precision and accuracy in recording information.

Some Key Responsibilities In The Roles Include

• Create weekly shipment plans for all products
• Communicate plans /forecasts to China shipping agent
• Verify the voracity of shipping documents
• Oversee container delivery, de-van and collection
• Placing CGP POs at manufacturers and manage the production and logistics coordination
• Manage the stock on hand at Total Warehousing QuayConnect to maintain a low inventory of Returned Packaging Materials
