Lazada Hiring For Senior Analyst, Homepage & Search Operations – Singapore at Singapore Full Time

As part of Guided Sales and Search Team (Singapore), this role provides excellent exposure to both platform operations and commercial topics. You will be responsible to drive and support homepage and search tools strategy and utilization to drive platform traffic and conversion.

• Coordinate and drive projects related to homepage and search tools
• Act as a governance gatekeeper to set up/improve operational processes, guidelines and best practices on related topics
• Work in close collaboration with cross functional teams and regional teams to support the business strategy and improve operations efficiency
• Support new roll out of homepage modules and search tools
• Spearhead development of self-service reporting solutions
• Support A/B testing when necessary

This role will report to the Head of Guided Sales.

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in e-commerce, analytics, operations or related fields
• Demonstrated data driven approach to draw insights and influence decisions. Excel skill is a must. Ability to write SQL queries is a plus.
• Skilled at working with cross functional groups & manage stakeholders
• Detailed-oriented and good communication skills with willingness to work & learn in a fast-moving environment
• Comfortable in an environment of continuous change, pressure and ambiguity
• Passion for e-commerce business
• Bachelor’s degree
