LC Staffing has partnered with a Missoula health care company to find a Data Entry Administrator!

Data Entry Administrator are responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding, offboarding, and day to day management of FEA employers.

• Effective written and verbal communication
• The ability to work independently and unsupervised
• Demonstrate effective problem solving and decision-making skills (critical thinking skills)
• Exhibit computer efficiency
• Assist with special projects
• Maintain necessary skills and knowledge to coordinate work flow
• Ability to handle large workloads and to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Assist and support new Employees
• Apply for FEIN’s for assigned FEA employers
• Open unemployment and withholding accounts for assigned FEA employers
• File powers of attorney for assigned FEA employers

• GED or Highschool diploma
• Previous Administrative experience
• Be able to successfully pass a background screening

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting for long periods of time
• Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 25lbs (rare/infrequent)
• Typing, gripping, and wrist movements (frequent)
