Leader Communications Inc. Hiring for Video Teleconference Technician at Warren, Michigan Full Time

Position Summary

Provide Video Teleconference (VTC) support for users, to include setup and scheduling, troubleshooting, updates, troubleshooting, training, configuration, monitoring, and user support.

Individuals must be able to attain and maintain a valid US Government security clearance to be retained in the position.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Schedule and set up VTCs for users.

• Configure, update, troubleshoot, and maintain VTC equipment.

• Provide training and support for users.

• Ensure systems and equipment comply with security requirements.

• Respond to and resolve VTC outages and issues.

• Provide status updates on VTC equipment and utilization as required.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Minimum three (3) years of related experience,

Skill & Certification Requirements

• CompTIA Security+

• VTC support (e.g. Cisco, Polycom,

• and desktop-based VTC platforms)

• Networking protocols

• Secure communications

• Strong communications skills, written and verbal
