Job Description:

Leap Realty is seeking a personable and motivated Client Care Specialist to join

the team. This is primarily a remote, work from home position with some in-office requirements based out of Wellington, FL.

The Client Care Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support related to transactions, CRM, marketing efforts, clients and listings, and cultivating an exceptional client experience.

Transactions

• Compose offers and amendments

• Create comparative market analysis reports

• Communicate file details and manage transaction deadlines

CRM & Marketing

• Update and maintain CRM system to ensure contacts are tagged appropriately

and inform of upcoming dates, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

• Facilitate a monthly touchpoint with existing clients and connect with prospective clients via CRM system

• Communicate with internal team on regular marketing updates and content

needs regarding listings, create postcards

• Set up, monitor, and measure the results of all marketing efforts, including

paid advertising campaigns, create Facebook and Google ads

Buyers & Listings

• Send welcome email and set up buyer Collections

• Prepare and deliver marketing materials to properties

• Order install/removal of signs and add/remove/keep record of supra (lock box)

• Coordinate listing preparation with agent/client

• Take home measurements, document appliance details, features, and average utilities

• Schedule and attend staging and photography sessions

• Create description of properties and input property details into MLS

• Prepare for Open Houses, organize feedback, and create client updates
• Have all permits pertaining to the properties on file
• Request Seller’s net sheet to the title company
• Keep clients information in Avery
• Get HOA information, application and rules and regulations
• Update Google and You tube and share content

Client Experience

• Prepare and deliver all closing gifts to clients

• Pitch new gift ideas to internal team

• Prepare and send out pre-listing packets

• Plan and execute two client appreciation events per year, and send home

anniversary gifts and gifts to sphere of influence

• Send out Google/Zillow review requests

• Coordinate and send monthly newsletter

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field, preferred

• 1+ year of relevant work experience

• Highly skilled in written and verbal communication skills

• Strong interpersonal communication skills: professional judgment, high ethical standards, willingness to learn and innovate, and confidentiality

• Thrives working under pressure in a fast paced environment

• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with confidence

• High proficiency using Google applications and social media platforms

• Exemplary planning, punctuality, and time management skills

• Proactive problem solver with strong decision making capabilities

• Solid analytical, research and organizational skills

• Shows initiative always and adds value beyond the scope of their role

• Real Estate license preferred
