Director of Secondary Education
Salary negotiable (L25 upwards, £81,173 per annum if full-time)

We are seeking an inspirational, experienced and strategically focused educational leader with a proven track record of successfully improving schools to help us realise our vision of leading schools where children thrive.
You will be a pivotal member of the trust’s strong and committed executive leadership team, helping to shape, implement and deliver the educational strategy, further establishing us as a leader in educational excellence and success.
Your in-depth knowledge of effective school improvement systems, procedures and structures will enable to review our schools’ practices and support them in their school improvement journey.
Your breadth of experience and excellent communication skills will enable you to successfully lead the collaborative partnerships across our secondary schools, whilst seeking out innovative practice.
Your substantial and successful record as a headteacher/senior leader will ensure that you provide effective and inspiring leadership to our headteachers.

Terms:
The salary for this role is negotiable, commensurate with your expertise and experience, however it will be at least £81,173 per annum (L25 upwards), pro rata for part time.
We are very willing to consider applicants wishing to work either part-time or full-time hours.
If you wish to work part-time, we recognise that the full remit of the role may not realistically be achieved by one individual alone. Please therefore express an interest in the element(s) of the role you wish to focus on.
