Leeds Beckett University Hiring for Student Immigration Advice Officer Job at Leeds, England , UK Full Time

To help us achieve our goals and provide a professional service to our international students, we are seeking to recruit a Student Immigration Advice Officer to join our Student Immigration Advice & Compliance (SIAC) team.

You’ll have detailed knowledge of student visa and immigration matters including providing expert advice and support to students and to colleagues at all levels and across academic and professional services; you’ll work in a team to ensure we meet our obligations to UKVI as a Highly Trusted Sponsor; keeping up to date with changes in UKVI policy and procedure; and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and services.

You’ll be confident making decisions regarding immigration status, reporting to the Home Office and knowing when to escalate issues. You’ll also support the Compliance activities contribute to monitoring performance against
