We are a local and family-owned residential cleaning company, that is quickly growing. We are looking for up to 4 positive cleaners that value their schedule and work environment. You DO NOT need to have any experience in cleaning. You just need to have the right character and personality! We can teach you to be a cleaner in no time.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Recurring residential cleaning only

Mon-Fri, 8-5

Work in Teams of two

Weekly pay and you keep all tips.

Weekly incentives

Monthly fun prizes!

Full pay rate during driving plus mileage reimbursement.

Paid Time Off (vacation+sick days+holidays), life Insurance, and Health Insurance.

About 35 hrs/week consistently year round

Pay above industry standard

Pay rates increase based on performance NOT seniority

We are hiring immediately in both our North Madison/Windsor and South/West Madison locations.
