Data Entry Clerk

Legacy Supply Chain, supporting Product Distribution Company is hiring a Part Time Data Entry Clerk. We are looking for a focused data entry clerk to continuously update our company’s and customer’s databases. The data entry clerk will work with dispatchers to report driver routes in four different databases in a timely and accurate manner. You will identify and correct errors, and swiftly bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary.

What We Offer:

• $18.00 per hour
• Paid Weekly
• Full-time schedule, Monday thru Friday, 9AM-5PM

Responsibilities:

• Gather reports, trailer numbers, pick-up and delivery times, and routing information from dispatchers and drivers
• Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
• Enter all data into Transplace, MacroPoint, Four Kites and TMW
• Update routing information to the same for all daily routes
• Handle additional responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• 1+ years’ experience in Transportation (preferred)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed
• Proficient typing skills
