The Team

Butlers is a well-known and respected top-tier law firm situated in Nedlands.  We take pride in the service we provide to our clients.  We have a team of lawyers who have a wealth of experience in the law.  We are looking for a talented Legal Assistant to join our Team.

The Role

Our ideal candidate will be able to work with our Special Counsel and Lawyers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to our clients.  Family Law experience is preferred.

Essential Criteria

Our Ideal applicant must:

• be able to work autonomously as well as in a team environment;
• be able to provide high-quality assistance to our Special Counsel and lawyers;
• be willing to follow firm procedures and protocols;
• have the ability to prioritise workload;
• be self-motivated with a can-do attitude;
• have exceptional time management and organisational skills;
• be able to liaise with clients directly;
• possess a high skill level with Office software;
• have strong written skills; and
• have outstanding communication skills.

This role would also suit a current Legal assistant or secretary who is looking to expand their skill set and take on a more challenging role.
