What you’ll do

• Assist Customer Service Team with logistics inquiries including freight quotations and ETA’s for delivery (tracking shipments)
• Oversee and arrange GSG (Porter, IDEA Center, Gribetz, Gateway, etc) machine shipments both domestically and internationally with carriers, freight forwarders and overseas brokers.
• Prepare all documentation for shipments including bills of lading, import and export documents and documents for shipments with banking such as Letters of Credit.
• Gathering all parts for Customer Service Shipments.
• Shipping all Parts orders in LPCS.
• Processing Parts orders via UPS or Fed Ex Computers.
• Support Shipping Department (ordering supplies, claim resolutions for all outbound and inbound shipments)
• Ensure that all functions are performed in accordance with L&P policies and procedures.

Minimum qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Must have a cooperative attitude, necessary to work effectively with others.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Shipping Clerk a plus but not required.
