Sitting In the Global Talent Attraction & Employer Brand core team this role will partner with the LEGO Education people team to build and activate attraction plan to support the overall sourcing and hiring strategy.

As a Talent Attraction expert you’ll bring your experience to build, activate and measure the impact of the LEGO Education employer brand, channel and paid media strategy.

This is a 12 month contract position that can be located in London or Billund, Denmark.

The LEGO Group Global Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Sr. Talent Attraction Consultant to join team. In this role, you will work in partnership with business leaders in LEGO Education, Regional Talent teams including Recruiters, Sourcing and communication teams to create and activate a bespoke plan for LEGO Education.

Core Responsibilities:

• Facilitate discovery workshops with internal groups to understand the value proposition within LEGO Education
• Build the LEGO Education Talent Attraction strategy and audience segmentation using insights and research intelligence including content, channel and media
• Planning of organic and paid campaigns in collaboration with the business leads and our Talent Marketing agency partners as appropriate
• Responsibility for social media content scheduling and aligning plans with the Communications team
• Support the design and delivery of recruitment campaigns in partnership with colleagues within agreed budgets and timeframes
• Connect data points to optimize media and channel performance to maximize budget spend
• Using our CMS platform (Content Stack) for Careers site page builds and article creation for LEGO Education

Do you have what it takes?

• Experience in a Talent Attraction/ Employer Brand and/or Marketing role with experience in leading content creation and campaigns
• Proven record of creative ideas concepts and creative problem solving, finding innovative cutting edge solutions
• Ability to work at strategic and operational levels e.g. conceptualizing talent marketing strategy through to delivery of campaigns
• Experience in delivering campaigns through creative agencies and using social media and recruitment channels
• Analytical with the ability to work with data and use market intelligence and market trends to provide insights in order to make informed decisions
• Copywriting in social media and content articles
