The Corporate Receptionist is a contract to hire r ole is based in Irving, Texas and reports directly to the Director of Human Resources.

What you’ll get to do

• Provide quality customer service by greeting visitors, employees and vendors in a welcoming manner
• Answering a multi-line phone system, take detailed messages and route to appropriate parties
• Ensure reception area is clean and organized
• Issues and collects visitor badges and logs visitor information as appropriate
• Support building services and HR teams administratively upon request
• Cross train in sorting and distributing mail and act as back up when necessary
• Responsible for opening/closing procures of corporate reception area
• Additional projects and duties as assigned

Essential Experience and Skills

• 1 or more year(s) of relevant experience supporting a large corporate office
• Experience in MS Outlook
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as a high attention to detail
• Ability to problem solve and deescalate calls if needed
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Adaptability and composure

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Additional university or technical education or certifications
