To work across the service with children, young people and their families who are vulnerable to poor educational outcomes in order to improve life their chances.

The post will also be expected to work closely with other services to ensure that effective support is on place.
The post holder will hold a caseload of young people who require assessment, intervention and support around education, in collaboration with other professionals that may be involved.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
As a Children and Families Department we have made a commitment to become a trauma informed/responsive service. This involves changes at both the organisational and practice level.
