As an integral part of our dynamic team, the HR Advisor will collaborate closely with the HR Manager to provide guidance and support to our Auckland operations team. In this versatile position, you’ll play a pivotal role in assisting our staff across a spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, induction, employee relations, performance development, career planning, and succession management. Your expertise will shine through activities like conducting annual appraisals, exit and stay interviews, analysing data, and managing change initiatives. While your focus will be on HR coordination/advisory, you’ll also engage in essential HR administration tasks.
You’ll be an integral part of our nationwide team, reporting to the HR Manager based in the South Island. This role is strongly supported by our comprehensive People and Culture team, including the GM People and Culture in Auckland, HR and Recruitment Administrator, People and Culture Team Administrator, Learning and Development Advisor, and Marketing and Communications Coordinator,
