We are actively seeking a Site Supervisor.

Are you ready to take the lead at Leighs Construction? We are actively searching for a Site Supervisor to play a pivotal role in our dynamic team. Your expertise will be the driving force behind ensuring projects not only meet but exceed expectations.

As a Site Supervisor with Leighs, you will be the linchpin between our vision and the on-site reality. Your leadership will guide the team through the intricacies of construction, ensuring works align seamlessly with our values of Pride, Passion, and Excellence.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Construction Management degree or Trade Qualification
• 5+ years’ site supervision experience
• Expert knowledge of NZ Building Construction requirements
• Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
• A solid “can-do” attitude.
