We are currently looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant for our Process Control Department. Process Control is the department responsible for a variety of internal verification processes, as well as the maintenance of documents related to policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience working as an Administrative Assistant in the Financial Services Industry
• Some education in any of the following: Business Administration, Accounting, Office Administration
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, with excel skills at an intermediate level (data entry, formulas, vlookups, macros)
• Must have strong organizational skills with attention to detail
