The Lenovo ISG North America Marketing team is looking for a detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of database management best practices to manage our technical and system lead flow and tracking processes. This well-organized team member will work with various teams within Lenovo and our external vendors to ensure timely and accurate data flow from contact acquisition to lead assignment within our demand generation programs.
In addition to managing data flow and hygiene, this individual will play a critical role in our lead follow-up efforts, specifically around contact and account creation, lead queue hygiene, and lead assignment processes. This individual would also be able to assist with contact engagement where applicable.
Our Operations specialist will also own our tracking and tagging processes to ensure our leads and resulting opportunities properly reflect sources and are included in our results and reporting.
