Lenovo Looking for Junior planning and purchase order analyst at Ciudad de México, México Full Time

Description And Requirements

The junior planning and purchase order analyst will be in charge mainly in the LAS in-warranty backlog follow up, looking for alternatives, follow the supply network and ensure to get the best times for pats need resolution. The position will be also in charge of the local buy management across LAS that includes parts quotations, Purchase order generation & follow up, as well as vendor management with procurement team. The role will lead with planning team the parts scalations to WW-hub as well as the parts needs from critical situations cases.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree

· English advanced (mandatory): this position has a lot of communication whit different countries and regions (Asia, Europe, USA)

· Excel advanced

· Experience in similar positions 1 to 2 years: Purchase Orders, sourcing and procurement, project management tracking, backlog management, supply management, strategic quality planning

Skills

· Good communication

· Highly drive
