Lev Academics Hiring for Curriculum Developer Job at Remote Full Time

Lev Academics is looking for a curriculum writer for the grade 12 courses:

1. Grade 12 Physics

Some specific details are:

1. We are looking to hire someone who can organize the Ontario curriculum so it is specific to our school. This can be modelled from other course guidelines and information found on government curriculum websites.

We need:

1. Summary of the course – including a brief description of each unit and how many hours allocated (total must be 110 hours)-This is a 1-2 page outline.

2. A day-to-day lesson plan/outline, including that day’s lesson plan (2 hours of work with teacher and 2 hours of independent work following that day’s lesson)-

This should equal: 28 lessons in total (2 hours each lesson totalling 56 hours of teaching) and within that framework an additional 54 hours outlining work that needs to be completed independently. Included in this time would be quizzes, assignments, tests, etc. The course would be completed and all materials covered within this time frame.

Our school would own this curriculum and would use it to teach the courses we offer. If this interests you, we would love to chat more about compensation and timeline. This is an independent contractor position.
