About Lew Jan: We are a well-established and reputable health care textile manufacturer for over 50 years. As an essential business, we did not miss a beat during the worst of Covid. We have a loyal customer base which requires personalized attention and customer service to meet their needs.

About the Role: We are looking for a teammate who is experienced with many aspects of data entry and customer service including:

• Order Entry of Sales Orders & Purchase Orders
• Quickbooks – for order entry and customer records
• Interfacing with Vendors
• Generating Daily & Weekly Reports
• Phone & Email Contact with B2B and B2C Customers
• Resolving Customer Issues & Inquiries
• *No cold calling required
• Report directly to the CEO

About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience.

• At least 1 year working with Quickbooks, and MS office (Excel & Word)
• Experience with order entry including sales orders and purchase orders
• A pleasant demeanor and speaking voice, as direct customer contact is an important part of the position
• Interface professionally and effectively with all levels of company and vendor personnel
• Highly organized
• Accurate, dependable, and thorough
• Strong follow up
• Effective problem solver
• Ability to multi-task and stay focused
• Working independently
• Comfortable asking questions
• Comfortable being challenged to learn and be better
• After proper training, must be able to demonstrate knowledge of company product line, services, and general information about the industry.
• 30 WPM
• BA (or equivalent combination of school and experience)
