Four generation family business with a large fabric and furniture store in Upper Westside Atlanta.

We are seeking an experienced Shopify Administrator to manage the inventory for our online fabric store on a contract basis.

Must have at least two years Shopify admin experience.

Must love data entry and spreadsheet management with incredible attention to detail.

Initial job is to do the complete process to get new fabrics online. This is a vertical position consisting of the following in simplified form:

1. Optimize the images and upload to create special links

2. Create data spreadsheet for upload for fabrics and one for the samples. Each item has both

3. Upload the products

4. Check each item is correct and online in the site in the right categories and displayed correctly etc.

5. Additional inventory management opportunities for the right person. We have many collections that need to be updated and improved.

• The physical demands listed are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the job: Required to stand, walk, talk or hear, use hands and have ability to reach overhead. Regular lifting or moving of up to 20lbs, possibly up to 35lbs. Requires bending, stooping, and ability to climb stairs. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus and ability to write, count, and read required shipping/ company paperwork

• Professional demeanor and personal presentation highly coveted
