Job Purpose

The QA Administrative Assistant is responsible assisting the QA team with exceptional attention to detail while scanning documents as part of a project to archive documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Scan records.
• Ensure page count is correct
• Remove blank pages from electronic file
• Name and file in correct location(s)
• File physical documents in correct location

• Track records that are sent to offsite storage.
• Make sure they are scanned
• Update spreadsheet for offsite docs

• Filing of different documents.
• Ensure they are filed in correct location.
• Scan items that need to be prior to filing
• Upload items that need to be shared

• Help organize documents in Doc Room.
• Create labels that are easy to read and follow the correct format
• Currently moving items into new locations

Education and/or Experience

• Attention to detail, basic computer skills, English language skills, organizational and multitasking skills
• Requires prolonged sitting and working at a computer monitor.
• Repetitive motion using a keyboard or scanner for long periods of time. May occasionally be required to lift and move material weighing up to 10 lbs.
